Who We Are:
Xeni Health is a brand new service founded by Despina Xeni, a professional with rich lived experiences, making her uniquely empathetic to our client’s struggles. Her academic portfolio includes a 1st Class Degree in Policing Studies, a Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCBT) and an advanced certification in counselling and psychotherapy. With a background as an intelligence analyst, their research skills combined with understanding human behaviour, add depth to our practice. Mindful living is the core aspect of our therapeutic process.
Our Approach:
We specialise in Mindfulness therapies, with a strong focus on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCBT). Our compassionate and non-judgmental approach places our clients at the centre of everything we do.
We are an online service, providing therapy through Zoom, Teams and telephone on Saturday’s. This provides our clients with a space of their choosing. We aim to create a connection where individuals feel heard, valued, understood and empowered.
